Travel Solution: Snail Mail on the Road

16 12 2006

A company called Remote Control Mail now offers a service that will take your snail mail, scan it into a PDF and email it to you for you to read. In most cases, I would say this is a bit overkill… is it that difficult to open mail, its not saving any trees… but reflecting back to my recent extended stay away from home, I realize how valuable this could be for those who are traveling, on tour, or, heck, just don’t want to check their mailbox. It clearly won’t work for care packages or bulk items but you would never have to fill out a change of address form again.Remote Control Mail
